The simulation was very busy for dispatch which made it very realistic.

Having 2 channels for dispatching to police was confusing for dispatch at first since we only use 1 channel unless the channel is secured.

I would like to explore negotiation training and mental health training for when we are dealing with those situations over the phone in dispatch.

I have never taken a fema course that was so rich in knowledge or experience. I highly recommend this course, taught by c3.

The sim labs were the most valuable to me. I have attended multiple IMT courses without the use of technology as in this class. It really helped this kinesthetic learner out immensely.

In my 35+ year career, this is by far the best course I have taken. I'm not sure anything would improve it beyond the level that it already is.
