The scenarios were extremely helpful in providing lifelike examples of scenes.

The length. I feel like a scenario or two could be taken out. It was three long days. Either extend the course to four days with more scenarios, or longer scenarios, or shorten the three days.

The instructors were excellent. They were funny and engaging. I really liked the two presenters who bounced off each other. It helped keep the lectures dynamic and less monotone.

Any other classes that expand upon this information would be great.

Although I see the value in doing roles that are above my normal duties, I was in a commander role 3 times which as an officer were roles I would never do in my career. One exposure to this role is enought.
