Instructional Training. Helped explain the steps officers will be taking that us in dispatch typically wouldn't see.

Hands on portion. I believe that with some work this class could greatly help dispatchers. Examples being actually taking the calls and not them popping up on the screen to be read off.

More hands on aspect for dispatch.

Negotiation Training in case the suspect were to call into the dispatch center.

Having the opportunity to work as Tactical Command. It was challenging but having the chance to do it in this controlled environment afforded a great learning opportunity.

There is nothing in the class I would say was not valuable, or even "less" valuable.

It would be great if the online "gaming" portion was upgraded to match current gaming capabilities.

To continue to improve my capabilities in handling these type of incidents. I work in a 3 person department with 2 large regional schools. This needs to be rolled out to ALL agencies in NH as we will rely heavily on our mutual aid partners.

I think when Ambulance units arrive at staging they should go straight to computers and log in. same with fire and they can wait for PD to be deployed to them. as in real life.
