Practicing the objectives that were covered.

The course as a whole was valuable. I don't feel there was a least valuable.

There was confusion during the staging portion at the beginning because the fire captain that was running it was giving contradictive information and made the station much harder than it needed to be. Was confusing.

The multiple breaks, I just wanted to keep learning and practicing.

There are no comments this course and instructors did an amazing job at teaching and including us in the scene; even through we are behind the scene they made us feel as important as the people on the ground,.

Getting connects with other PSAP location and build rapport with them so in case a big even occurs we can communicate and work together.
