The 11 scenarios we ran was more training on this subject than I would be able to receive at my organization over many years.

The "ambulance" position, while necessary was not a position to practice as many skills as a command positon.

I am the peer support lead for my department. I think this class is a good platform to remind responders about utilizing peer support resources after a critical incident such as this. With suicide increasing we want our responders to be "survivors" as well.

RTF and IC training locally.

The positions in the command and tactical areas.

The navigation within the simulations on the computer was difficult, since I am not a gamer.

Enjoyed the positions and scenarios that were less computer based and more in person. However, even without the gaming skills on the computer I gained a lot about the concepts that were being taught. The ability to get exposed to various scenarios was worth it even though I struggled at first with the simulation on the computer.
