Training exercises with lots of hands on training, enhancing my Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.

Mostly law enforcement content - could be more fire content while going over the IED portions.

Maybe go into more of the Span-of-control more and get the officers up to date. The building was not air conditioned and made for a not so enjoyable space. It worked and I would do it again even though the temperatures was not so good.

Instructor content - I would love to have more training especially in this field of training. Most valuable.

In other classes I have had real scenarios set up with role players and people playing victims/bad guys. It is more realistic.

Debriefing was difficult to understand due to the acoustics of the facility. The facility was also very uncomfortable in the afternoons; no air conditioning. This was a very poor facility to use this time of year, but I believe it was a backup when the original site couldn't be used.

Additional advanced command classes.

Working together, communication, and working different roles.

Video game portion. Simply because I would rather prac app. With being able to do this in person instead of a computer you are able to operate with medical and law enforcement. with a computer you are unable to practice room clearing, CLS, physical transport of patients etc.
