All of it was useful and structured in a way that allows the whole picture from initial contact with dispatch through to the finish. It is hard to replicate that in a scenario but in this class it accomplished what i wanted out of the class.

Participation with the scenarios. An individual can read or be presented material and retain about 10 percent. The interactive scenarios re-enforced what was taught by the instructors.

The most valuable thing is that the class offers the opportunity to exercise abilities and decisions that are difficult to do practically. The NIMS Pro system is really good to mold the exercises to what is necessary and realistic.
