Being able to watch what my responders do (LEO, FD, EMS) I am stuck in a room and this gave me an idea of what they're going through. When I have to notate where the CCP is, I now know what the CCP is.

The shooting part was not useful.

This was excellent. you need to do something re the shooting portion so although I thought the shooting component was least useful it was necessary.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I intend to send all supervisors, SROs, and command staff to this valuable training. we will conduct in house- repetition of this type of thing at our agency and with other agencies.

The simulations were excellent. It gave people an opportunity to experience different roles during an incident and the challenges associated with each role. The availability of the technology really enhanced the experience.
