Having all the departments work together and learn what everyone else's needs are.

The only thing that was hard to follow was having EMS basically as the same thing. Our fire and EMS are separate so at times it made it hard to follow and apply it to our agency.

As a dispatcher I was not excited at first, but the course was very applicable to my job and I can see us using the information learned often.
