Having an interactive event with actual needs, resources, etc. to train with. Opposed to a "made up" environment.

All portions of the course were great. The interactive exercises were immersive and I learned a lot from them. I believe that more interactive incidents to ensure each student sees all portions of the command system would be beneficial.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I believe similar interactive training more specific to some of the command roles such as area command would be great.

The training on a computer was the most difficult issue due to individuals not knowing how to use one for this purpose.

For the RTF teams and the contact team it would be more practical to do the scenarios in a simulator, or in person.

The command posts are a great learning area.
