I believe that now my county needs to further our training coming into this class has brought so much good knowledge and has showed how much we are behind the 8 ball when it comes to being prepared.

Maybe give more time to show students around the maps before deploying. There were a couple instances where you couldn't really tell on the provided map where you were supposed to go.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

At my local level, getting local LE, Fire, and EMS on the same page in the case of one of these incidents actually happening.
