I did not want to be placed into higher management positions than I would reasonably fulfill.

The simulation software could be remade easily and with better controls in a short time through Unreal Engine 5.

I would like to attend the courses with physical exercises rather than virtual simulations.

Seeing all the moving parts, from tactical to staging to command. I'm in dispatch so it was good for me to see the other side.

Actual dispatching, once the incident started flowing i didn't feel needed. however i was able to watch how everything happens.

The class moved quickly but i don't think i would lengthen the time at all.

I would like hostage negotiating training, just to be able to know what to say to a suspect "just in case".
