Getting practice in roles such as Incident Commander, etc. As a LEO, I have lots of reps in a traditional Contact Team or RTF role, but not some of the other command level roles we got to practice in class, which was great.

I think it was all done very well.

Instructors did a great job. It was awesome that they each had a different background.

There were no no least valuable parts. Lecture was needed and the exercises made the lecture make sense.

There isn't anything that comes to mind for how to improve. This was a great course.

Basic hostage negotiation for patrol officers and some type of more in depth bomb training.
