Moving around to different areas of the exercises allowed us to see the overall picture from every angle. Very important to have this as part of the structure of the program.

Driving the cars- was hard to steer. Game controllers blue toothed to the laptops would probably be more effective and efficient.

Potentially this could have been reduced by 1/2 a day or so, but I also see the need for repetition of exercises to build fuller understanding and repeated experience of these prinicples.

Involvement with my local EEOC to understand their capabilities and responsibilities in a fuller way.
