This course should be taught with hands on situations over simulations. I learned more doing the hands on portions (tactical, command, etc) then doing the simulation.

The interactive environment was a close to real life as you can get in this type of training. The instructors were excellent, their abilities all complimented each other. Made the class enjoyable yet professional. The class is unlike any others I have had in my 35 year career.

I have noting negative to say. Maybe could be a little longer, to allow for a little more discussion after the lecture before the exercise or at the hotwash after the exercise, but otherwise, no least valuable.

The concepts that are in place for this training are high level. The principles are best practive and we will work to incorporate in our and neighboring departments.
