Repeated scenarios. I was exposed to scenarios/locations that don't exist in my jurisdiction like Ports, Rail Stations, and large Airports. This knowledge helps to understand size and complexity that sometimes occurs.

Communication issues that happen during scenarios. The nature of the program used limits face-to-face contact and information transfer that would normally happen during an incident. Especially that face-to-face between different contact teams and RTFs.

More peripheral vision abilities. Better communication between groups.

More. Bringing to additional people within an agency so that information isn't stuck with a few people.
