It did not follow the common language used in ICS. They could rename certain positions and easily teach the same concepts, but using standard ICS terminology.

The plain language and example based teaching methods as they allowed both my own thinking to be applied while enhancing.

The group activity day three, but even this had its place.

All instructors were diamond solid. The software was the biggest hinderance in scenarios but that is a basic rule with any technology.
