The instructors relayed the need for the paradigm shift to render medical attention into the warm zone. Also the need for medical and Law enforcement to work together in teams.

My gaming navigation skills are lacking. The acronyms still need to be reduced to plain lanquage because not every officer will have attended the same training such as CCP / ATP / RTF's.
