I FEEL LIKE THE STATS ARE WHAT DRIVES THE CLASS AND NOT ACTUALLY LEARNING THE PROCESS. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT IN SCENARIO DEBREIFS, WE NEED TO SPEAK ABOUT WHAT AGENCIES DID IN RESPONSE AND NOT AVOID IT TO AVOID ANY CONFLICT. IT NEEDS TO BE AN HONEST RESPONSE TO LEARN, BUT I AGREE IT SHOULDN'T BE A BASHING SESSION.

At times, some of the instructor presented as defensive of opposing viewpo9nts to almost the point of argumentative. Assumptions were made that certain tasks had not been completed during an exercise when in fact they had been and those conversations occurred way prior. If you ask you students to keep an open mind, so should the instructor.

The simulator was difficult for me. I would learn more if it were a hands on training but I understand the limitations of that.
