I think it would be interesting or beneficial to have a monitor that would show a overall picture of the scene to see how the units and personnel move through the incident. I have taken the basic course and it was helpful seeing how the pieces played out. I don't know if this would be helpful or not but hardwiring stations to the server to reduce lag during the simulations.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Local trainging with our police department and other agencies in the county.

The practical exercises because its as close to real life experience that we can get where we get to work together with multiple agencies.

Software updates! Software is great and I am sure there will be lots of improvements. One recommendation would be to re-evaluate the times for medical aide. Some seemed lengthier then in real life. Ie TQ should be applied under 30 seconds.

Incident Command training with practical hands-on components.
