When asking for years of experience, you would get better metrics if you tracked years of experience AND years in current role. I believe it only measures time in current role.

EVERY PART OF THIS TRAINING WAS VALUABLE-THE TECHNOLOGY AIDS WERE FANTASTIC AND GAVE IT A MORE AUTHENTIC FEEL.

Practical exercises were the most valuable to me because the instructors allowed me to rotate though multiple assignments.

I believe that the entire course was valuable, for sake of answering the question, PIO would have been least valuable.

Overall the course was fantastic, the instructors delivered the course well. I personally did not like the verbiage "survivor and victims" I would personally rather use patients and causalities.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Possibly taking the instructor course since I am tasked with rewriting our active shooter policy and helping with the instruction.
