The Staff was amazing and had the knowledge and experience to provide credibility to themselves while instruction. I strongly believe that this course should be a requirement for ALL command staff.

I believe that the command assignments need to be assigned to the high ups. I am patrol Officer and would never be placed in command of all units. I feel that I would have more knowledge doing the rolls that my job status allows me to do.
