I believe the scenarios in this call were the most beneficial. Being able to practice makes us as LEO/Fire/EMS/DIspatch more prepared for when an incident like the ones we faced actually happens.

I believe that the lecture was the least and not in a bad way. I am a ALERT instructor and most of this was a refresher.
