The practical aspects of this course were all very beneficial. The points regarding how to setup a Notification Center was one of the biggest aspect of the lecture portion.

I didn't feel like there was anything that was not valuable.

I greatly appreciated the balance of lecture and practical. I would suggest attempting to highlight those who were not able to act in a particular role as the week goes on so that everyone has an opportunity. At least one more exercise that went through the Notification Center actions and process would have been helpful. That is the biggest missing thing in our area.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to continue to look into the "I love you guys" program and the train the trainer for ASIM.

The most valuable part of the course was the practical exercises. Being able to conduct hands on training, at least to me is a better way to retain new information/skills.

I thought the slower portion of the class/power point's was the least effective. It's easier to lose interest when sitting in front of a power point. This is why I was a big fan of the practical part of the class.

Overall I thought the class was excellent, and does not need any changes.

Other active shooter training I have received seems important now. It pairs/works really well with this class and continues to build on those already established skills.

You have to remember how we exfil everyone from these large venues. we utilize a method called the wash which deconflicts individuals in large venue operations when looking for potential susepects.
