I think the course is great, I would post a list of the area hospitals in the book or on a sheet in the tactical sim box. We all know our local facility names by heart, not central city's. The venue for this training was a pain to access/park at, but that is on MDEM for choosing this.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Any advanced active assailant class, or a larger class on area command operations.

The group experiences were beyond my expectations. though graphics were basic, that was not at all a factor in this since it still represented time, movement, and coordination.

That is a hard one. obviously this is more geared toward incident command and the law enforcement side but it is nice to see what the other hand is doing while the FD is doing their jobs.

Please provide any other comments or suggestions you have for improving this course.

If not corrected, it would be great to have instruction on what to do with "glitches" because it took away from tasks. for instance if a patient cant be moved, multiple people could try over and over to move or include in the counts. it is also difficult if someone in the group is not as familiar with computers and is struggling to do basic tasks when they are critical.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Now that i have completed this, i see the amazing value, id love to now learn the best way to take this back to my department and build out a way to train responses.
