Ensuring all levels of an incident are prepared, informed and able to respond and complete their tasks; in any role they fall into; which begins with training all portions of this course in active shooter scenarios.

The scenarios because it truly had students act out of their comfort zones. I think that a basic class prior to this would've been beneficial as I feel that this calss is a bit more advanced.

The scenarios. Very uncomfortable but a necessary part of the training.

Again I'd say that this class would be more beneficial to students with a basic clsass under their belts. This is like teaching algebra to a student that hasn't had basic math.

Keeping it ongoing and having management buy into fostering relationships w/other area agencies and disciplines.
