Being able to see the prospective of the other responders. In dispatch, we do not get out much so it is nice to have that visual.

The reunification aspect does not always incorporate dispatch, but it was nice to know how it is done.

A larger area to spread out to prevent radio over lay.

Watching other responders do their side of the job, i believe it helps dispatch understand the flow of a scene when we can not be there and help us support them more.

The computer sims and REPITITIONS!.

Case studies are good, though seemed more geared towards law enforcement. Which...might be by design?.

While I definitely appreciate the opportunity to perform jobs that won't be mine in real life, I would like the last day or day and half to be geared towards what my actual role would be in an active shooter event. IE, I'd like to be assigned transport or medical branch command. Also, I'm not an ambulance driver. Those went away in the 1970's.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

ICS 400 is next for me. If this class comes back to my area, I'll take it again.

Seeing Tactical, Triage, Transport work together and interact with command.

Emergency Management role needs to be better fleshed out.

There needs to be a bit of a differentiation between "EOC" and Area Command which are technically 2 different things and not often co-located. There were multiple times "Area Command" was activated at EOC during the scenarios. EOC roll needs to be fleshed out interacting with Area Command.
