The simulations were amazing to put the pieces together.

Reunification because (understandably) we didn't spend as much time on it with reps and it was complicated.

It would be great if we could see some of the recorded video footage of the sims - contact teams, triage, etc. At least the important learning points.

Continued multi-agency training and some table top incident management exercises.

This is a great course with a balance across all disciplines. The scenarios put me in an uncomfortable zone which helped with personal growth and preparation for if/when it happens here.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Ongoing education- a refresher course type of setup. Anything hands on will get more participation and solidify the concepts.
