The more complex exercises - These made us be critical thinkers and maximize communication amongst different disciplines.

Some of the more basic material for active shooter response (though I understand the need to cover it for those that have not yet received an ALERRT level 1 or similar class.

The simulation practice was the most helpful really making us feel as if we are in that situation and having to think on the go.

The whole class was really great.

On the fire/ems side many of us did not get rotated out to the staging/triage/IC/AC positions. I feel it would make us better capable if we each had a chance to be placed at the different positions.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

It was helpful that I had already completed the ALERRT integrated response class prior to this. I feel if I hadn't I would have been quite lost with the RTF concepts.
