Understanding the need for the different facets (staging, TracticalTriageTransport, Etc). How and why we used these to our advantage vs having everyone arrive on scene and gaggle around.

Since I am an aircrewman in a LEO capacity, the aircrew is way underutilized in the practical exercise. There is so much value to the birds eye view that gets completely missed in this course. We can coordinate so effectively with Tactical as well as IC with more continuity.

See #25. There is a substanial amount of uses for a LEO aircraft and we were way underutilized.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Just overall understanding of this whole ASIM process and how effective it can be. We will use this in our branch for other needs and incorporate it into our tool bag.

Contact one was valuable but least because it was something I've had multiple trainings with.

I would like to suggest that the course be extended to 40hrs so give more instruction. Also to see the course be made mandatory for chief admin.
