The most valuable was the hands on portion. It made you organize the information given and prioritize what was needed where and when. The importance of time and time management during an active shooter. You had to organize choas.

The examples of active shooters in the past. It would have been more beneficial to hear how they organized and what could have been better for those incidents.

The computer simulations were excellent and the different areas for tactical, command, staging, and dispatch. It puts you into the most real world situations inside a classroom.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

The command structure and the EOC. This course was excellent and I would recommend this course to all my fellow co-workers.

The ppt presentations, as this is covered heavily with my agency as well as swat. Very relevant for all others.

Overall, the instructors were well organized, had positive attitudes, and were not presented as the "Know it all's" Continue to build and evolve with this program as our threats change. It was truly a great course.

Active threat management, as my positions within my agency are now more supervisory and IC related.

Case studies, interesting but of ALL the great info. it was the least.

WI DOJ LESB should make this mandatory training for all LEO's with over 3 years experience, understand it could happen to any 1st year LE, this course would be huge benefit but after they have some experience and some base ICS.

Local LE and FIRE EMS making this a semi annual 2 day in county training.

This course is great for honing skills. However as with any honing it takes work to keep things sharp. THe more its used the more often it needs some attentnion. I suggested to the instructors that when they come to the area they should offer a 1 days multi scenario course just to re-hone the skills of those that have previously attended.
