The hands on simulations were excellent. Software program was invaluable to be able to get a better understanding of the program.

Some of the powerpoints after lunch were hard to take in. Might have been better to complete an exercise after lunch to get up and moving prior to going back to a powerpoint.

More repetitions I feel is what would make me better in this area. Even if they are simulated, they make you think about deploying resources and tracking everything that goes on around you.
