The entire course was valuable to me. Being updated on current recommended guidelines was great. If I had to pick one rea, it would be operating together with multiple agencies and bringing differences in current protocols to the surface. This course demonstrates how agencies can improve their interagency responses thru training.

I cannot say that any of the course was less valuable.

This is only based on me. I had issues with operating the controls on the computer simulations.

Handling school active shooters because my area covers a large amount of schools and this is always a concern we have.

Handling an event at an airport, although we may assist at an airport, we would not be of much assistance due to the time it would take to get there.

This course pushed me past my comfort level due to the fact that I have never taken a class like this. The instructors were positive and helpful throughout the entire course. I now feel more confident that I will be able to handle multiple jobs if this type of unfortunate event would occur.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would love to do a more hands on class so that I can put this all together.

This course provided insight to the need for Staging, Tactical, and Command stations. It was extremely beneficial to work through the scenarios via computer simulations.

Perhaps disbanding RTF teams once there is no additional work for that unit. Law Enforcement resources could potentially be utilized elsewhere while there isn't a current need for that RTF.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I believe that this course material will integrate well with my current SWAT training as well as future inter-departmental training to ensure future success in these types of situations.
