If all personnel are not familiar with this program and practiced or trained, I find it difficult for it to occur. The course showed the need for personnel to be fluent with the procedures however most are not.

The practical exercises and engaging with the instructors and students together in that environment. The simulated events allowed us to accurately measure what we had learned in a real time environment.

This course was a good balance of classroom and practical exercises. I would only suggest doing more simulations if possible.
