I feel that it could have been completed in two days instead of 3. I also feel that most local agencies do not have the immediate resources that this training assumed we had. Maybe gear a smaller incident response class toward local law enforcement.

Learning how important communication and multiple agency integration is.

A lot of the command instruction would most likely be handled by our department heads, but feel knowing the info, regardless of rank, is still a must!.

I would like more time to work through the simulations especially in areas of command.

Active Shooter, Active Threat, Emergency Management, and any advanced courses within this discipline.
