I would have to say the computer gaming side. I don't have a lot of experience in computer gaming, however it is needed to get that many scenarios completed. so i understand it.

Maybe some more advanced courses of incident management. Course gave alot of good info and ideas for future training at my agency/shift.

Practical exercises. In a small agency, I don't often have the opportunity to simulate large-scale management for active shooter events. We practice the response, but often not the management. This training was very helpful.
