The simulations and the guidance provided by the instructional staff.

There was no part of this class that should be considered a least valuable. Start to Finish outstanding!.

Perhaps a simple simulation lab. 15 minutes to learn the operation of the computer simulation. The first simulation was challenged by learning simulator.

It is important to take this training into table top training and FSEs where the concepts are worked in repetition.

The hands on aspect and exercises and not just PowerPoint.

I would suggest the maps for the exercises be put in a separate book then the large class book, and the writing on the maps be clearer. Also, it was covered in the class that 10 codes should not be used during a large incident, however several abbreviations and acronyms were used, but not every first responder uses them or even knows what they mean. TOO many of them.
