Honestly everything. I have been a PCO for 15 years and may have only had 1 paperwork training in reference to "Active Shooters". I definitely needed everything and enjoyed it.

I think ongoing training is critical. I recently took a Crisis Intervention Course and then taught it. I really am considering wanting to start instructing more.
