The instructors really led a lot of the scenarios, let us make a few mistakes before taking over. Staging set up too early, not realistic. The Co-Teach was distracting. It's fine to interject some, but every sentence is much.

Recommend to all LEOs. Needs to be annual, required training.

AI needs to be added to the course as well as maybe local resources that we use, such as trauma com and Pulsarea.

I would like to see our city resources placed into these situations and see how we would handle them.

I am a base level patrol officer and felt as though i ended up doing high level jobs in the scenarios often but it is a low probability that i actually would.

This course was one of the best courses and the best nims courses i have ever taken. I really enjoyed the instructors and the course.
