Instruction could have done more in the "crawl" phase to reinforce concepts prior to executing in a practical exercise. There were times that the instructors would have conflicting input during practical exercises or no providing consistent direction on scenario "game" rules.

Some of the tactical procedures because I am dispatch I focus on getting every one where they need to be vs what they actually do.

If command could actually see CAD notes put in by dispatch. I believe that's realistic that they would have CAD.
