The course needs to be more "area specific". Our geograhical area is not nearly as equipped as the scenerios play out. The number and availability of resources in the mock exercises are no where near our reality.

The simulation in my opinion was useless, it did not provide any learning points.

Stop utilizing the simulation and continue to utilize the in-person practical scenarios. Inside of the simulation there it feels like I am just playing a video game with zero learning experiences. The in person position afford students with the ability to see a side of staging and command operations that they may not typically be exposed to.
