Including dispatch was an excellent choice. We enjoyed thoroughly and hope that we helped provide additional content for the group.

I would say continued focus on this type of learning as well as hostage negotiation skills.

I've been in law enforcement and emergency management for the last 29 years and this is one of the top courses I've ever attended due to the content, technology involved, organization, quality of instructors and practical exercises.
