RTF.... It was difficult to communicate between groups. Good communication between tables helped fix that problem but the integration of technology made the position difficult.

I didn't think there was an aspect of the course that was not valuable.

During the debriefings I would suggest trying Dispatch as a first area of reporting their actions and findings, especially noting what they observed about Police and Fire Communications.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Well, the first thought is to take the lessons and objectives learned and work on integrating with our police dept and modifying or creating new SOGs and SOPs.
