The hands on simulation was very valuable. We were able to apply the lessons learned from the coursework in a practical application without having to coordinate a large number of resources.

I have no suggestions. I believe all of the presentations and case studies were applicable.

I would have enjoyed another day of practical exercises, extending the class by a day. I understand it may not be feasible to re-structure your schedule, but feel it should be considered in the future.

It's obvious to me that I need to brush up on my NIMS training.

The Lectures. That is where i was able to learn the most as a dispatcher due to the dispatch simulator not being realistic in my opinion.

The interactive parts. This is because the dispatch side of of the interactions again is not realistic in my opinion and very basic.
