Honestly, every aspect what utilized and would be used in my daily job duties if this were to happen.

Add more scribe positions if you're able. I am a dispatcher but scribed for Tactical, Staging, and Command all three days. Having someone there to take focus off of "how" to contain and display the information provided during the exercises relieves the stress of one hands on activities.

With limited positions to fill, many students repeated same roles and could have potentially been better mixed into different assignments.

Contents and layout were fantastic! no improvements unless we had touch screen boards to enlarge maps.

Practical skills practicing in real time. The instructors were well prepared and very knowledgeable.

The last day seemed rushed.

I would have liked more time spent on past case study. I thought besides the after action data from each scenario should also look at did we account for all of the patients involved. I think more instruction on day one on how to use the computer to load patients and such.
