Hands on scenarios and a de-briefing after each scenario. The de-brief brought light to obstacles that each person had to better understand ways to overcome them.

Class came in divided and reserved. By the end of the day, everyone was working together and speaking to help each other over come issues they seen with their response to the scene, which brought the entire class together socially and working together.

More classes on multi agency reponse.

I believe that the NPCs should all wear clothes and have faces; I think it would be useful for the NPCs to continue moving around after the incident has finished to better integrate trying to manage people that are panicking.
