It reminded me of some of the small things which can be forgotten when not trained on or used for a time.

Not really anything to say here. It was all good. Obviously resources are key and we are somewhat limited, but they accounted for that so it was good.

Excellent course. I wish we never had to train for something like this but here we are. God willing, that's all it will be is training, but good to have if we are faced with this evil.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

We can never get enough training in this area, but information on usable equipment for our Officers is always greatly appreciated. Possible sources for funding for equipment information would be good as well.

The practical application of the command process and seeing and rotating through all of the different positions in play was great.

Some of the exercises/scenarios felt rushed and could have used more time.

Another day of instruction and going slower through the exercises on day 1 and really driving home the principles could provide some improvement.

Getting the rest of our local responders trained to be on the same page.
