The instructors earned a raise. The course is helpful and I will use what I learned during the course. The course will be valuable when I come into a situation similar to the scenarios.

The fact that we were able to work with other first responders such as fire, ems and dispatch in each scenario because it simulates real life scenarios and issues we will run into.

The table top scenarios since they weren't too realistic.

Make it a 5 day course where more time is taken to explain in more details the tasks and main responsibilities of staging, tactical and incident commander roles.
