I thought it was very well rounded.

I would love to see more of these classes in the southern part of the state. I feel that we do not have everyone on board of unified command and hopefully with this class, they could see the significant importance of this class.

Getting more EMS involved with this class.

The lack of a clear connection between the role of the Emergency Manager and the incident.

It is clear that Emergency Management has a role in an active shooter incident. It would be nice if the curriculum can be adapted to connect the Emergency Manager to demonstrate to the other disciplines how to engage the EM as a resource during these incidents.

Full scale exercises are required to match the skills obtained in this course to local response capabilities.

LE started to take it less seriously on the last day.

It seemed to be a couple of scenarios longer than necessary as some students began to lose focus.
