Simluation and acting out each group. Essentially hands on reinforced the teaching topics.

One suggestion would be hosting at a location which does not have as much echo. At times was hard to hear, even when individuals were using the microphones. It is understandable that it is a challenge to keep chatter down with a group of students so large.

The content was great long with all the hands on scenarios. I think adding some social media information into the class will only enhance the already good information provided.
